Exclusive Sneak Peek! Jeff Lutz’ new 1957 Chevy Race Car
Hopefully you follow Car Craft and Lutz Race Cars on Facebook. If so, you’ve been watching the build of Jeff’s new race car as it’s been happening. This is the third 57 Chevy Jeff has built, and he says it’s the culmination he’s learned from the first two, plus knowledge gained from his Mad Max Pro Mod 1969 Camaro, which he won Hot Rod‘s Drag Week in last year. This new car represents a return to the “steel roof and quarter panels” notion promoted by many street car classes as well as conforming to rules imposed by Justin “Big Chief” Shearer on Street Outlaws.
