Ford Ranchero 1971 images

The Ford Motor Company 302 engine is a part of the Windsor group of block castings, with no less than seven bore sizes used of the same basic block over a 28 year period. From the smallest and original 221 (3.6 L) bore to the largest, a 351 (5.8 L); used in Ford and Mercury products from 1962 through to 1990 in various displacements, but the 302 cu in (5.0 L) is the most enduring version. This 5 liter is still available as a crate engine in 2017 and is very much in common use today, both for the street or racing.
