This 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS is one of just 2,144 built with the solid-lifter, 375-horsepower L78 396 — a genuine, numbers-matching example with its original buildsheet, protecto-plate, and only 50,000 miles on the clock. Road Test TV puts it through a quarter-mile pass that has viewers debating just how much quicker it could go with a harder launch. Watch the full run to see for yourself.
