1964 Dodge 426 Hemi-Charger Concept Car
This is the first Concept Car for Chrysler using the new 426 Hemi-engine in 1964. Based on the Polara chasis it was used by Chrysler to showcase its newest engine at the time, the now iconic 426-cubic inch (7.0-liter)
The estimated worth is over 1 million dollars and has been completely restored by Fran Roxas and it has one of the original 15 race engines rated at 600 hp.
It also comes with a 3-speed automatic transmission, independent torsion bars, and rear leaf suspension.
This car has a 4.56:1 “Sure Grip” rear axle and four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes.
It would be interesting stopping this beast on drum brakes!
