  1. I had a 68 ROAD RUNNER with a 426 HEMI 727 tork flite it was forest green with black interior and a BEEP BEEP HORN .

  2. My dad had a 68 GTX hemi . But the hemi was gone and was replaced by a 383 magnum . That motor was stronger thang the hemi. And it was a factory 4speed . Bad ass car

    1. Jim Brewster I’ll ask my dad . It was a long time ago. He sold it them regretted it and tried to buy it back but the guy wouldn’t and the guy chopped it up for the strip I think . Broke my dads heart

  3. 1968 Road Runner GTX??? There is no such a car, they were separate models in 1968. In 1972, the GTX was made into a Road Runner option tied into the 440 engine package.

  4. I thought 68 Roadrunner was the first year and GTX wasn’t until 69 ?

  5. saw a 69 GTX in Wagoners in Bonnèr Springs KS 2005. Hemi,4spd,convertible.
    They wanted $130000 then.
