The 1965 Chevelle Malibu SS396 featured option code RPO Z-16, and 201 were built to showcase the new 396 engine and the many features available at the time. The 2015 Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals featured a Z-16 Invitational Display, which showcased 9 of the estimated 75 cars that remain today.
