This AC Cobra replica has a 427 CID side oilier under the hood and is bolted to a short throw four speed manual transmission. There are very few of these big block engines left that are worthy of being rebuilt, but this power plant is a very fine and original example. The 427 side oilier engine has a reputation of being a strong performer under the most demanding driving conditions. The engine block sports aluminium heads, aluminium intake manifold and topped off with 2-four barrel carburetors making it a formidable opponent on street or on the track. The vehicle has been meticulously recreated, by professionals, to look and perform as well as the vintage version. An NHRA approved bell housing protects the occupants in case of a serious clutch failure.
