Found: Super Bee 440 Six Pack In A Garage

While checking out a lead in Indiana, I came across a 1970 Dodge Super Bee. The owner rescued the car from a junkyard where it sat after the original engine blew up decades ago. Even back then, the Super Bee was rare—1 of 599 V-Code cars—which meant it had a 440ci V8 with the three, two-barrel Holley carburetors and a 727 three-speed automatic transmission.

Instead of putting the car back together, the current owner tucked it away in his garage for 40 years. It was stunning to imagine such a rare and desirable car sitting for so long. Even so, it was something special and was saved from a very rusty fate.
