We turned loose Hagerty Classic Cars magazine Publisher Rob Sass and Managing Editor Stefan Lombard, as well as Digital Trends Automotive Editor Nick Jaynes, on the streets of Portland with $3k apiece to find the very best example of a classic car they could.
