Road Rage Camaro Driver Causes A Big Wreck In New York

A road-rage incident between a Camaro and a pickup truck on the New York State Thruway led to a big crash near Batavia New York.
YouTuber Tim Linton, who had just installed a dash-cam on his vehicle the previous day, captured the incident on film.
From what we understand, it all started at the 35-second mark when the fifth-gen Camaro driver tried to squeeze in front of the truck from the right lane. Instead of just slowing down, the pickup accelerated and the two drivers started bickering on the road.
The Camaro driver tailgated the pickup, and the pickup driver responded by riding right next to the large truck on the right hand side blocking the other motorist’s way. Moments later, the Chevy driver tried to overtake the pickup from the left shoulder but he / she lost control and the pickup crashed into it leading all three vehicles off the road.

  2. The driver in the van was also at fault by not passing quicker and getting in the right lane. The Camero driver was the worst offender however.

  4. Fucking hate these stupid assholes that think the left lane is a slow driving lane. This is why states are making it illegal. It’s to bad the Simi had to get messed up with these 2 dumb people that shouldn’t have a license.

    1. Sometimes you have to wait to exceed the speed limit. Camaro lost his patience. Nobody has to move so others can break the speed limit laws. Just because your car can do over 100mph doesn’t mean it’s safe on that stretch of road. You see there’s other views of how that left lane works. Now going below the limit on the left. I agree 100%! At fault for failing to move over. But it looked like they were at the limit to me…

    2. Even the Simi slowed down to let the pick up by that was being a dick. Both got what was coming to them but like I said it’s a shame someone else got tied up in it. And the law State the left lane is a passing lane to over take someone. It’s not a opinion it’s the law here and on the driving test which I don’t see how either of them should have one ever again

  5. Takes two to tango. The asshat in the pickup intentionally blocked the Camaro. Impeding traffic. IMHO the Camaro is an aggressive driver but the pickup is the one with road rage

    1. Just because you want to drive beyond a safe speed doesn’t mean everyone should just the hell out of your way. I’ve seen many people like you either put in a helicopter or in a black bag. It’s not so much you killing yourself but more all the other innocent people you injured or killed that didn’t deserve it because you wanted to drive fast.

  11. Pick driver should be fined for to slow in fast lane impending traffic that’s how this whole wreck started
    If the truck would have increased his speed buy 3 mph he could have gotton over and then guess what no wreck
    In Tennessee the truck would be getting a ticket
    Last yr Tennessee passed a law for slow driving in the left lane called impending traffic to cause a traffic slow down
    I LOVE you must do the speed limit or 5 above in the left lane
